Health Care Assistant

The current rate of pay for this position is £9:55 per hour

We currently have a Health Care Assistant vacancy within our Residential Unit. This position will involve working an average of 35 hours per week over a two week rota. The shifts will include early (7:00 - 14:30), late (14:30 - 22:00) and the occasional night shift (22:00 - 7:00) to provide sickness and holiday cover.

Applicants must have a minimum of NVQ/QCF level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in Health & Social Care and experience with medication management.   

Croft Care Trust is committed to safeguarding adults. Therefore if the post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended) the successful candidate(s) will be subject to a criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS must be met by the successful candidate(s) through salary deduction. DBS charges are as follows if applicable to the post:

Enhanced check: £52.00 + Administration cost of £4.00 = deduction from salary as one off payment or £11.00 deduction from first fortnights pay, followed by 3 payments of £15.00

Health Care Assistant (Part Time)

The current rate of pay for this role is £8.55 per hour.

We currently have vacancies for a part time Health Care Assistant to join our Nursing Home team.

This position will involve working a contracted 16 hours per week.

This part time position will include both Early (07:00 - 11:00) and Late (18:00 - 22:00) shifts.
